Easy, Casual Saturday FOTD

This would have to take the record for the week for simplicity and speed. A really nice casual look perfect for the weekend. I'm always trying to remind myself to use my products in a way that's not my usual way, and using just a Paint Pot on the lids without topping with shadow is a nice, simple way to use the MAC Paint Pot in it's simplest form (also trying to remember to try Constructivist as a liner).
Got to say it was such a pleasure to rip out the MAC Face & Body- it really is a unique product that gives a lovely sheen for a warm day when you don't want too much and you can leave the setting powder and have just a lovely, natural luster finish. LOVE it, and on an early perfect spring day, I have a suspicion it may end up being a huge summer HG fave for me at a guess...

Broke out another neglected palette today, this time from Nyx's Runway Collection: Mysterious Brown Eyes (don't even get me started on the name!- urgh!). I think I first heard about this palette from lollipop26 - oh how I miss her in her last incarnation- all beautified. Wonder whatever happened with her before she went to the fashion side... Cosmetic junkie stalkers?.....

Anyway was very happy to rediscover this baby- will use that green next time- it's the reason I got it!!!

MY LATEST VID on UTES

I am loving my new Bella Pierre Shimmer 9-Stack in Bella- so much that I have Serenity & Pandera on their way- hope to get them Monday. Here I show one of the amazing colours in the stack- funny that of all the colours in this stack, this is the least impressive with dry application. Totally amazing and versatile over a base, over colour bases and wet- WOW!

This is also the first time I've used photos at the start, and a music intro and fadeout, thanks to my super-talented hubster Mr T for that! Love ya baby!

Love this dress so much! My first time using asos.com, I've gotta say I LOVE the free shipping, which arrived within about 2 weeks to Australia.This dress fit perfectly and was well-represented on the site. I love the variety, and the feature that allows you to see the clothing on the catwalk to get a good feel for the way in behaves on your body.

Now I can't wait for the weather to be warm enough so I can wear it. Will be checking out this site for sale bargains from now on, definitely- two big thumbs up.

I bought a heavily discounted Lancome eyeshadow palette from allcosmeticswholesale.com a while back and wanted to show it some love, as well as my poor, neglected Maybelline Dream Mousse Concealer. It's been open for quite some time and I suspected it may apply very dry and crumbly, but it seriously was perfectly blended with a large concealer brush and fairly minimal effort. The shade Light is a perfect colour right now for my undereye too. I can see why this is such a popular favourite.
